Return & Exchange Policy

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order garments
  • Items bought on final sale or marked “non-returnable” 
  • Products with stains, damage, or strong odors 

 

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only once per order for Size issues
  • Damaged or defective items (must notify within 48 hours of delivery) -
  • Exchange is subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued.
